Shipping: $10 flat rate anywhere in the US, 5-7 business days in transit after your order ships from New Vienna, Ohio. You will get a tracking number by email. We currently ship within the US only.

Exchanges: Free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We pay shipping on the replacement pair.

Returns: Unworn shoes in the original box may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee; return shipping is paid by the customer. Exchanges are never charged a restocking fee. ToeLift inserts are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Wrong or damaged item: We replace it or refund in full, including shipping. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery.
