Empowering Lives Through Compassion and Commitment: Our Journey to Inspire Hope

Our Story

Faith Over CP was not born from a campaign or a committee.
It began with a family, a little girl named Sophie, and a simple but painful realization: the systems meant to help children with disabilities were not built with dignity, adaptability, or real life in mind.

Sophie was born with cerebral palsy. As her parents searched for solutions, they encountered bulky braces, visible limitations, and devices that worked around children instead of with them. Rather than accept those limitations, Sophie’s father set out to build something better.

What began as a solution for one child became a breakthrough.

Faith Over CP pioneered the world’s first concealed orthotic and adaptive footwear system—designed to integrate real support inside everyday shoes, without stigma or visibility. As families began to see what was possible, it became clear that the system could extend far beyond cerebral palsy.

Today, Faith Over CP supports children across 15+ disabilities, offering a unified adaptive mobility platform that evolves with each child’s needs. Our work blends lived experience, engineering, advocacy, and compassion—ensuring that mobility support is not just functional, but empowering.

We believe disability should never define a child’s confidence, limit their independence, or silence their potential. Faith Over CP exists to turn obstacles into opportunities, and to build a future where adaptive solutions grow with the children who rely on them.

Our Inspirations

Innovation Begins With One Child

Faith Over CP was inspired by a simple but powerful truth: when solutions don’t exist, families are forced to create them.

Our journey began with Sophie—a little girl with cerebral palsy whose needs exposed the limitations of traditional orthotics. Bulky braces, visible devices, and rigid systems failed to meet the realities of daily life. Rather than accept those constraints, we chose to build something better.

That decision became the foundation of everything we do.

From One Solution to a World-First Platform

The creation of the Sophie Boot marked our first breakthrough—demonstrating that mobility support could be discreet, functional, and dignity-preserving. That innovation led to the development of the InvisaBrace®, a concealed orthotic system that integrates directly into everyday footwear.

What we discovered next changed everything.

As families began using the system, it became clear that this approach could support far more than just cerebral palsy. The same adaptive principles applied across a wide range of mobility challenges—unlocking the potential for a unified solution rather than isolated devices.

Normalcy, Dignity, and Confidence—Built In

With the development of the InvisaSole® and the expansion of our adaptive platform, Faith Over CP moved beyond traditional assistive technology. Our focus shifted to something more profound: restoring normalcy.

Our innovations are designed to work quietly in the background—supporting alignment, stability, and confidence without drawing attention because mobility support should empower a child, not define them.

A Broader Mission, Rooted in the Same Heart

Today, Faith Over CP supports children across 15+ disabilities, using a single adaptive mobility platform that grows with each child’s needs. Every advancement we make is guided by lived experience, family insight, and a commitment to innovation with purpose.

Our inspiration has never changed.
It has simply grown.

We exist to ensure that every child—regardless of diagnosis—has the opportunity to move forward with confidence, dignity, and belief in what’s possible.
