Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping is $10.00 per order anywhere in the United States. Orders typically ship from New Vienna, Ohio within 3-5 business days, then take 5-7 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Size exchanges

If your shoes don't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Size exchanges carry no restocking fee. You pay the return shipping on the original pair, and standard shipping applies to the replacement pair. The original pair must come back unworn in its original box, and the replacement ships after we receive and inspect it.

 

Refunds

Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. No refund is issued until the return has been received and inspected. Refunds then go back to your original payment method within 5 business days, less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

Final sale

ToeLift inserts are final sale for hygiene reasons unless defective.

 

Defective or incorrect items

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

 

How to start a return or exchange

Email mike@faithovercp.org with your order number and, for exchanges, the size you need. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, and keep your tracking number.
