Inspired by Sophie
SophTop™ was inspired by Sophie, a child with Cerebral Palsy whose journey helped guide adaptive footwear focused on comfort, mobility, confidence, and dignity.

SophTop™ footwear and ToeLift™ inserts are supportive adaptive products and are not a substitute for medical care, prescribed bracing, or professional clinical guidance. Children who currently use AFOs, SMOs, or other prescribed devices should transition carefully and with parent, therapist, or physician supervision when appropriate.
SophTop™ Adaptive High-Top Footwear – Pink Sparkle Edition
For best fit, trace and measure both feet. If one foot is larger than the other, we size based on the larger foot.
SophTop™ is compatible with our modular ToeLift™ insert system. Each ToeLift™ insert is made in a 10° lift profile and can be used alone or stacked to increase support.
ToeLift™ setup options:
• 10° ToeLift™ = one 10° insert
• 20° ToeLift™ = two stacked 10° inserts
• 30° ToeLift™ = three stacked 10° insertsLeft and right feet may require different ToeLift™ setups depending on the child’s gait pattern, toe clearance, foot position, strength, and comfort needs.
For custom ToeLift™ recommendations, families may be asked to provide foot tracings, measurements, and short walking videos to better evaluate sizing and support needs.
