U.S. shipping: $10 flat rate per order. Usually dispatched from Ohio within 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is emailed.

30-day size exchanges: no restocking fee for unworn shoes in the original box. You pay return shipping and standard shipping for the replacement.

Shoe returns: unworn, in the original box, within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies; return shipping is customer-paid and original shipping is not refunded. See Shipping & Returns below for the full terms and wrong-or-damaged-item exceptions.
