    Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

     

    Thank you for supporting SophWear™ through our inaugural pre-order program. Your support directly funds FaithoverCP and advances our mission of improving mobility solutions for families.

    Please review these important terms before placing your pre-order.

     

    Nonprofit Donation Structure

     

    By placing a pre-order, you are donating to FaithoverCP, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving mobility solutions for families affected by cerebral palsy. In recognition of your charitable contribution, you will receive the SophTop™ Boot system featuring advanced N-O-T® (Normacly Orthopedic Technology®) and reinforced TPU posterior support for enhanced ankle stability.

     

    As this pre-order is structured as a donation, it may qualify as a tax-deductible contribution. Please consult with a tax professional regarding the specific implications for your circumstances.

     

    Pre-Order Availability

     

    The SophTop™ Boot system is available for pre-order at a donation amount of $69.99 per pair. Production will begin once we reach our minimum goal of 500 donations/orders.

     

    Payment and Processing

     

    Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order position. If the minimum target of 500 orders is not met, all pre-order donations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

     

    You may cancel your pre-order donation at any time before we reach our target of 500 orders. Once production begins, donations become non-refundable in accordance with charitable giving regulations.

     

    If the pre-order minimum is not met, all pre-order donations will be automatically refunded.
